Through discussions, research, and writing, students will analyze the role of microelectronics in modern military technology, including their development, applications, and security risks. They will also explore careers related to both the military and microelectronics, broadening their awareness of potential future professions. By connecting historical events from the novel to present-day military technology, students will develop critical thinking skills and engage in meaningful discussions about national security and technological innovation.
